STEP 1/13
Boil the glass noodles and take it with the hot glass noodles that are hot
STEP 2/13
a spoonful of soy sauce
STEP 3/13
a spoonful of sugar
STEP 4/13
a spoonful of sesame oil
STEP 6/13
Mix it evenly and cut it into small pieces with scissors. If you think it's cut to a certain extent, you can grind it slightly. ^^
STEP 7/13
Put rice paper in warm water and put it on the cutting board. Divide the seaweed into 4 pieces and put it on the rice paper
STEP 8/13
Roll the rice paper around the glass noodles as if rolling the kimbap, and fold it so that the glass noodles don't stick out on both sides
STEP 9/13
rolled seaweed rolls
STEP 10/13
Roll it like this, put oil in the frying pan, and when it's hot, fry it properly and take it out
STEP 11/13
a well-fried rice paper seaweed roll
STEP 12/13
If you cut it diagonally, it looks more delicious. (Frying one with fish cake)
STEP 13/13
I made the sauce. It's a combination of mayonnaise, chili pepper, and sesame oil^^ After eating it, I personally think it'd be better to add a spoon of soy sauce to this sauce
I didn't have carrots at home, so I was thinking about what to put in the seaweed roll, and I was going to mix it with the glass noodles, but I saw the fish cake on one side So I wrapped fish cake separately and fried it... The groom says it's like eating gimbap ^^
