Put 1T of minced garlic in a microwave oven container. If you like garlic, you can add more. Garlic smells better when you use raw garlic.

Add extra Virgin Olive oil to soak the garlic.

Grind the pepperoncino and put it in. I used five, but if you like spicy food, please add more.

Sprinkle pepper and parsley to make a persimmon-like shrimp aglio e olio.
