Remove the color of the bulgogi with a kitchen towel and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Prepare each piece of bulgogi Put the sauce in the bowl and marinate it The seasoning ingredients are as follows Cooking wine 2T, plum extract 2T, sesame oil 2T, pepper powder 1T, minced garlic 2T, sugar 2T, oligosaccharide 3T, soy sauce 6T, tuna extract 2T

Beef bulgogi marinated in the sauce. Let it ripen for about 20 minutes :) In the meantime, prepare green onions, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and onions Soak the glass noodles in advance :)
STEP 3/7
Now you have to stir-fry it deliciously :) Put 1T of sesame oil in a heated pan and add marinated meat
STEP 4/7
You can stir-fry 600g of bulgogi at once, but in the picture above, I only stir-fried 200g first for the Tua sisters :) Stir-fry it quickly over high heat
STEP 5/7
Add shiitake mushrooms, onions, carrots, and green onions and stir-fry them
STEP 6/7
When the meat is half-cooked, add 120ml of water. If you add 120ml of water per 200g of bulgogi, it's perfect for ttukbaegi bulgogi season! When you stir-fry 600g at once, you can add 360ml of water :) I forgot to add the glass noodles, but if you have any, please add the glass noodles and boil them now :)
STEP 7/7
If you cook it deliciously, you can easily finish the beef ttukbaegi bulgogi!
