STEP 1/14
First, chop the chicken breast into small pieces. I used smoked chicken breast, but you can use regular chicken breast or your favorite chicken breast.
STEP 2/14
Slice the green onion sideways, shred the onion and carrot, and chop the cheongyang pepper.
STEP 3/14
Shred cabbage, too.
STEP 4/14
I'll officially fry it. First, stir-fry chicken breast on a pan covered with cooking oil.
STEP 5/14
When you stir-fry it, you need to sprinkle pepper and cook it thoroughly.
STEP 6/14
When the chicken breast is fully cooked, stir-fry the onions, carrots, and green onions.
STEP 7/14
When onions start to cook white, add cabbage and stir-fry until cabbage is out of breath.
STEP 8/14
When the cabbage is out of breath, add chopped Cheongyang red pepper.
STEP 9/14
Add minced garlic right away.
STEP 10/14
Put in the red pepper powder right away.
STEP 11/14
Add soy sauce and stir-fry quickly.
STEP 12/14
If the seasoning is evenly soaked, stir-fry it quickly over high heat for about a minute and add the fire taste. If you stir-fry it like this, it's over.
STEP 13/14
Place well-fried chicken breast cabbage on top of rice.
