Making corn pound cake (with corn paste)
Here's the recipe for soaking corn paste again. With 1kg of corn paste, I think I can bake many different kinds of corn. For me who likes corn, it's a very happy thing~^^

  • Soft flour

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Make semi-dried corn -> Drain the canned corn as much as possible, spread out in a pan and bake for about 15 minutes at 90 degrees. (Until it has a sticky texture)

Beat butter at low speed in the hand mixer.
STEP 3/13
Add sugar and mix at medium speed until white and voluminous.
STEP 4/13
Add corn paste and mix at high speed.
STEP 5/13
Add eggs one at a time and mix them at high speed.
STEP 6/13
Sift the powder, mix it with a spatula, add semi-dried corn, and mix evenly.

The dough is done.

Transfer to piping bag.
STEP 9/13
I'm panning.
STEP 10/13
Bake at 170 degrees for 23 minutes.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a blender.
