STEP 1/11
Wash white-legged shrimp and strain them in a sieve. It's frozen shrimp meat, but I took it out and defrosted it
STEP 2/11
Chop the vegetables into small pieces. I used onions, zucchini, carrots, green onions, and enoki mushrooms, so you can use the vegetables in the refrigerator to put them in as you like.
STEP 3/11
Cut 4-5 shrimp into small pieces. Leave about 3-4 of them, fry them in a container, and put them up for decoration.
STEP 4/11
After preheating the pan, add a little olive oil and stir-fry the pork slightly.
STEP 5/11
Add carrots, zucchini, onions, and mushrooms and stir-fry them together. Add a little salt and pepper to season and stir-fry, and blow away the moisture of the vegetables.
STEP 6/11
Add rice and stir-fry it.
STEP 7/11
When the rice is stir-fried with vegetables, add shrimp and green onion and stir-fry. Add about 3 shrimps to decorate on top of the fried rice and stir-fry them together
STEP 8/11
Season with half a tablespoon of soy sauce and half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, and stir-fry evenly. Adjust the amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce by tasting it
STEP 9/11
When the shrimp is cooked and stir-fried evenly, add 1 tablespoon of perilla oil and sprinkle a little sesame seeds to finish.
STEP 10/11
Put the completed shrimp fried rice in a bowl and decorate it with the shrimp. Shrimp fried rice is done! I put shrimp on it and it's pretty. ^^
STEP 11/11
Shrimp fried rice was so delicious because the rich taste of oyster sauce and the unique scent and taste of perilla oil came out softly!
