STEP 1/11
Make the basic broth by adding one broth to the lightly burnt green tea water.
STEP 2/11
When the broth boils, add the trimmed burdock.
STEP 3/11
Add soy sauce, grain syrup, and rice syrup. I'm going to put the honey in later. When the soup is almost boiled down, add a little honey. Mix it well and make it stick together.
STEP 4/11
The chewy yet sweet and salty braised burdock has been completed.
STEP 5/11
You can enjoy braised burdock as a side dish, but it would be good to use it as an ingredient for gimbap. It's pickled radish and stir-fried anchovies.
STEP 6/11
I cut the carrots, took out the braised burdock, and prepared young radish stems. It's put in instead of cucumbers. Cucumbers are softened by water, but young radishes have elasticity, so the crunchy texture is very good.
STEP 7/11
Other ingredients are crab meat, fish cake, egg garnish, and ham. The ham is sliced with smoke ham, and the crab meat and fish cake are made of lobster.
STEP 8/11
I ordered boneless chicken feet, but the flying fish roe rice balls came as a service. Oh, I told you not to give it to me, but I guess you gave it to me because I'm a regular customer. After heating it in the microwave, mix the rice made with turmeric rice and add salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to make the basic kimbap rice.
STEP 9/11
Put rice on the dried seaweed for the baked gimbap and roll it with various ingredients.
STEP 10/11
Cut kimbap with various ingredients.
STEP 11/11
It's a homemade braised burdock with stir-fried dried red pepper and anchovies. It's not an exaggeration to say that it's a luxurious gimbap with this kind of ingredient. But there are a lot of ingredients??? There are only four rolls of gimbap I made. I packed the ingredients separately and delivered them to my sister. Eat it as a lunch box, and eat it as well as my nephew. ^^
