During my trip to Gangwon-do, I found a tofu mushroom hot pot restaurant, and the tofu was made of domestic beans, and the side dishes were clean and good. I ordered tofu hot pot, but the soup was cool and non-irritating, and it didn't taste like seasoning was delicious. I tasted similar tofu and mushroom hot pot when I got home. I thought the soup tasted cool with dried shrimp, so I boiled it with dried shrimp and salted shrimp, and it tasted interestingly similar. I also added a handful of bamboo shoots that I use often these days. It has chili powder in it, so it's not dry and has a clean taste. If you like spicy food, add more chili powder and eat it more spicy~^^ Mushrooms and salted shrimp make the soup taste so cool. It has mushrooms and soft tofu in it, so it's healthy and tastes clean. It's a great menu with light stew

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put a handful of anchovies and two pieces of kelp in a liter of water, and when the water boils, take out the kelp, boil the broth for about 5 minutes, and then take out the anchovies.

Wash the vegetable ingredients and prepare them.

Chop the shiitake, mushrooms, and onions. Slice garlic, green onions, and cheongyang peppers.

Add tofu, enoki mushroom, green onion, garlic, and cheongyang red pepper at the end. If tofu is added, it may become bland, so please add salt and boil it once more.
If you put dried shrimp and salted shrimp in the soup, the soup gets really cool. - At the end, add tofu and simmer for a while. If it's bland, season with a pinch of salt.
