I prepared two frozen Sanuki udon noodles. One is 120 grams for one person.

Put about 4 cups of water in a pot and when it boils, turn off the heat, add udon, and thaw it gently. It's already cooked, so just melt it gently.

Drain from the net. Start preparing the ingredients while the water is drained.

I put all the ingredients in the refrigerator. 8 shrimp, a handful of bean sprouts 100g, 1/2 onion, 80 bok choy

Seasoning = 1 1/2T oyster sauce, 1T soy sauce, 1T rice wine. 1T sugar, 1T minced garlic, mix.

Pour 1T of cooking oil into the pan and stir-fry the bean sprouts

Add 1T of sauce and season it

Stir-fry bok choy and onion. Season with 1T sauce and put it in another bowl

After cooking the shrimp

Add 2T of sesame oil, stir-fry noodles for 30 seconds, and pour 2T of sauce

Stir-fry the vegetables and stir-fry them for another minute.
