Super simple chicken mayo rice recipe made with leftover chicken
There should be at least one left in the freezer.. It is one of the ingredients that is easy to solve because it is sometimes cold.. You can make a great meal with the leftover chicken ^^

- Ingredients for making chicken mayo: 2-3 pieces of fried chicken / eggs / onions (if you don't have any left, you can use frozen chicken nuggets or something!^^) - Sauce (seasoning): Soy sauce / sugar & oligosaccharide / pepper / mayonnaise, pork cutlet sauce, etc.

Making sauce for rice with toppings!!! Stir-fry onion: Grease pan (2-3t olive oil) and stir-fry onion until transparent. If you have 2T of soy sauce, 1.5T of oligosaccharide (or sugar), or oyster sauce (or Worcester sauce), add 1T or half a spoon to it to make it more savory. (This is all written for 2 servings.) Stir-fry it and squeeze it a little bit, and you're done with the sauce!

In an oiled pan, beat the eggs gently with chopsticks and cook
