STEP 1/16
Please prepare 8-10 mushrooms. I used brown mushrooms, so the color is brown.
STEP 2/16
Place mushroom in plastic pack and season with herb salt. I used soso salt from the Spanish table. You can only make it with salt, but after frying it, the flavor of the mushrooms was much better than I expected. Season with herb salt and coat with batter in about 10 minutes so that the seasoning can be seeped.
STEP 3/16
After 10 minutes, the mushrooms, which are seasoned well, will have some water. Don't worry, put 2T of flour and shake it to coat it evenly.
STEP 4/16
I used two eggs. There's a lot left. (But that doesn't mean there's one left...) If you want to make it affordable, you can use one
STEP 5/16
Add 1/4t of salt to the egg and beat well.
STEP 6/16
Spread 1 cup of bread crumbs on a stainless steel tray.
STEP 7/16
I will coat the floured mushrooms with egg wash and coat them with bread crumbs.
STEP 8/16
Coat it with egg wash thoroughly.
STEP 9/16
Add bread crumbs thoroughly so that it can be applied to the inside as well.
STEP 10/16
It's nicely covered.
STEP 11/16
Pour enough oil to cover at least half of the mushrooms.
STEP 12/16
When the oil temperature rises properly, they fry the mushrooms. A simple way to check the temperature is to put bread crumbs in oil. If you drop the bread crumbs and float 1-2 seconds later, add the ingredients to fry as the temperature is set.
STEP 13/16
If the frying area changes color to yellowish brown, I'll flip it over and fry it.
STEP 14/16
When it turns yellowish brown, remove it.
STEP 15/16
Sieve it for 2-3 minutes. It loses oil and water vapor, making it more crispy.
STEP 16/16
Fried mushroom and mushroom fries, which are delicious even if you just eat them, are served with spinach dip. It's delicious simply by dipping ketchup or mayonnaise. Of course, it's delicious without sauce. Then make it delicious and eat it.
The kick of this dish is to season mushroom with herb salt in advance. Make sure to season it in advance.
