Making Chinese-style wood ear mushroom seasoned half-moon-shaped
I've been cooking Chinese food a lot these days. I've been craving fresh cold vegetables since I've been cooking a lot of fried and fried dishes. Wood ear mushrooms I found while searching the refrigerator, wondering what cold vegetables I can make with the ingredients I have at home! So today, I'm going to cook cold vegetables using wood ear mushrooms. It's called Liangban Moore! What is the Chinese pronunciation of Moki. Liangban () means "coldly seasoned," and "liangban moo" literally means "coldly seasoned wood ear mushrooms." Then, shall we make Chinese-style seasoned wood ear mushrooms and Liangban moo?

    1t
  • red pepper oil
    1t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/27
Soak dried mushrooms in lukewarm water.
STEP 2/27
It seems to be a small amount, but it gets really big when it gets soggy.
STEP 3/27
I'm going to make the sauce while the wood ear mushrooms are soaked. We will use Chinese vinegar called open-air chu and Chinese soy sauce called raw chu. It would be nice to have both, but more often than not, right? If you don't have it, you can use vinegar and soy sauce. Of course... Unfortunately, the taste will change, right?
STEP 4/27
Put in 2T of vinegar.
STEP 5/27
Add 1T of raw chives (dark soy sauce), too.
STEP 6/27
1T of sugar, I used Muscovado.
STEP 7/27
Add 1T of minced garlic, please. It's better to crush garlic when making it, but I only used crushed garlic. I recommend that you chop raw garlic whenever you want.
STEP 8/27
Mix it well.
STEP 9/27
The wood ear mushrooms have been swollen well.
STEP 10/27
Please wash it well. Remove the hard impurities well. Rip it into bite-sized pieces while washing.
STEP 11/27
I'm going to blanch the wood ear mushrooms a little.
STEP 12/27
Blanch tree ear mushrooms within 1 minute.
STEP 13/27
Please take a cold shower for the blanched wood ear mushrooms. So that the elastic texture of wood ear mushrooms can live well. Drain the tree ear mushrooms after taking a cold shower and get ready to season them.
STEP 14/27
I'll prepare the ingredients to season with the wood ear mushrooms.
STEP 15/27
Slice the onions thinly.
STEP 16/27
Cut the chives into finger lengths.
STEP 17/27
The chives are thick, so I cut them again.
STEP 18/27
Chop the red pepper, please.
STEP 19/27
The ingredients are ready to season together.
STEP 20/27
Place drained wood ear mushrooms in a bowl.
STEP 21/27
Put the ingredients to season the wood ear mushrooms together.
STEP 22/27
Add 1 ton of sesame seeds to make it savory.
STEP 23/27
Add 1 ton of chili oil, please. If you like spicy food, you can add more.
STEP 24/27
Add 1 ton of sesame oil. You can put in less sesame oil than this. If there's a lot of sesame oil in it, it's not Chinese style, but just Korean style wood ear mushrooms...
STEP 25/27
Please add all the seasoning you made.
STEP 26/27
If you mix it well, it's done!
STEP 27/27
It's a Chinese-style seasoned wood ear mushroom with an attractive sour and spicy taste. Make it delicious and eat it.
It's a dish like a side dish that's good to eat here and there. If you eat it with greasy food, you'll be able to check it out.
