STEP 1/12
Prepare two potatoes this size when you fist-punch them. Each person's hand size may vary, so put it on the supermarket meter to weigh it^^. You can buy 250-260g of two!

Remove potato peel with filler. Clean the surface thoroughly and use it to ensure that the skin is nourished. The potato is round, so if you cut it wrong, you can cut your hand, so hit one side to a thickness of 0.5cm to make it flat Place the flat side on the cutting board and cut into 0.5cm thick slices.

Dip potatoes in plenty of water for 1-2 minutes to lightly remove starch.

Add 1/3 spoon of flower salt to drained potatoes and marinate for 20 minutes, mixing 1-2 times in the middle.

Dip the pickled potatoes in water and rinse lightly just once.Drain the rinsing water and drain the potato surface as much as possible with a kitchen towel.

Pour 1-2 spoons of cooking oil into a pan and heat it over medium heat. Add potatoes to the heated oil and stir-fry them for 3 to 4 minutes, mixing them in between so that they do not stick together.If there is too little cooking oil while frying, add 1 spoon of cooking oil instead of continuously frying in a dry pan.

Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes and try one. When the potatoes are almost done, add the green onions and stir-fry for another 40 to 50 seconds.

Add green onions and stir-fry, then pour all the egg mixture and stir-fry for another minute.
STEP 11/12
If you add the eggs and keep stirring, the eggs will fall off before they stick to the potatoes, so don't keep stirring and mix them while checking the condition of the potatoes and eggs.Add eggs and stir-fry potatoes for a minute and add 1 to 2 pinch of pepper powder and stir-fry for another 20 to 30 seconds.
