The prepared cherry tomatoes are about 2kg of "Jujube Drop Tomatoes." Wash 4 500g packs and prepare them. (Usually, they are full and put in the refrigerator, so they run out quickly ^^;)

I need to blanch cherry tomatoes in hot water... Make a + cross-shaped cut on the top or bottom of cherry tomatoes (This work is annoying, so you have to do it tightly!!! That's how it's easy to take care of)

Prepare peeled tomatoes! / And prepare minced onions!!! (About 3/2 of onions based on 2kg tomatoes (Cut a little more than half and put it in!)

If cherry tomatoes and onions are ready... It's like all the ingredients are ready.. *** Making an important pickle sauce *** Prepare tomato marinade sauce!!! - Balsamic vinegar / olive oil / basil pesto or basil powder (if not available) / lemon juice / sugar

The sauce ratio is... Based on 1 pack of cherry tomatoes (500g) (vegetable, oil, and sugar are essential!!! Other than that, +@ (ratio 1:1:0.5)

1 cup olive oil (based on paper cup) 1 cup balsamic vinegar (unconditionally, the ratio of oil to vinegar is 1:1) Add a little sweetness with sugar, honey, or oligosaccharide. For me, with oligosaccharide... I've only measured half a cup.

Balsamic vinegar/sugar/olive oil is enough, but I added half a spoon of basil pesto and half a spoon of lemon juice to it. (Basil pesto or basil pesto is optional.) A spoon of lemon juice increases freshness!^^

Mix all the sauce... Put it in the bowl and gently... If you do that!!! The end!!!

If you add basil sauce and powder, add it at the end and mix it.

It's so simple, but it tastes so great. It's for cherry tomato marinade salad... Or to go with pasta or pizza.. All-purpose pickled tomatoes that go well with cheese dishes!!!
Basil pesto or basil powder makes it smell better.. It's optional, but if you don't have any materials, you can take them out.^^
