I use sterile milk when I make yogurt. I sometimes make it using regular milk, but sterilized milk is a little cheaper and has a long storage period, so I buy one box each and make it then. And I use Oku as a yogurt maker. It's convenient because you can make a lot at once if you make it with Oku.

Add a little bit of sterilized milk and add 1 bag of lactobacillus to dissolve it well.

Put all three packs of milk and start making yogurt. Set it in Oku fermentation mode for 8 to 10 hours.

It's very easy to make Greek yogurt. Put the right amount of yogurt in a cotton cloth, strain it in a sieve, and put it in the refrigerator overnight. It's better if you put something heavy on top, and if you put it like this for one night, all the whey is gone, and the next day, the Greek yogurt is made thick

Yogurt barks are also very simple. Add your favorite fruits or nuts in an appropriate amount of Greek yogurt
