Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Boil the broth pack in boiling water for 10 minutes to make the broth.
STEP 2/6
Cut the onions into appropriate sizes and chop the green onions.
STEP 3/6
Cut pollack roe into small pieces for the baby to eat.
STEP 4/6
Add onions and pollack to the broth first.
STEP 5/6
When the broth boils, add soft tofu and green onions and boil them. Please cut the soft tofu in big pieces.
STEP 6/6
Boil the ingredients until they are cooked.
I bought salted pollack roe with low salt, but it was seasoned, so the soup was just right even though I didn't season it. I think this menu will be good for babies who started seasoning.
