STEP 1/12
After thawing the frozen shrimp, peel it off and wash it once. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and pepper on shrimp and let stand for 10 minutes.
STEP 2/12
The shrimp I used is Argentine red shrimp with the head and intestines removed. You can get it easily at the mart.
STEP 3/12
After washing the young leaf vegetables in vinegar water, rinse them three times and drain them on a strainer tray.
STEP 4/12
Peel mushroom from bottom to top. You can easily peel it off with a knife.
STEP 5/12
Cut the peeled mushrooms into 1cm thick slices.
STEP 6/12
I also cut the onions into 1cm thick pieces, cut the pineapple into 4 pieces, and prepared 2 tablespoons of chopped onions and sliced olives.
STEP 7/12
Wash the tomatoes clean, remove the seeds, and cut them into 1cm pieces.
STEP 8/12
Add olives, 2 tablespoons of chopped onions, 0.5 tablespoons of chopped Cheongyang red pepper, 0.5 tablespoons of basil, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and pepper and mix well. I made tomato salsa sauce.
STEP 9/12
Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry mushrooms until they are out of breath, sprinkle herb salt, stir, and turn off the heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil on medium heat, stir-fry it to make it transparent, and sprinkle herb salt to finish. You can sprinkle salt and pepper instead of herb salt.
STEP 10/12
Put 1 tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and put the measured shrimp. Bake front and back until golden brown. If you cook the shrimp too much, it will get tough, so just cook it until it's colored.
STEP 11/12
Bake tortillas in a frying pan over low heat for about 30 seconds without oil or heat them in the microwave for 15 seconds. Place tortillas and all other ingredients on a plate with tomato salsa sauce and ranch dressing.
STEP 12/12
Add ingredients to tortilla and enjoy tomato salsa sauce and ranch dressing.
If you grill shrimp for too long, it will get tough, so just cook it over medium heat until it turns color.
