Paprika Salad Whole Wheat Bread French Toast Making Diet Meal
Instead of sweet, high-calorie French toast with sugar, try making French toast with savory and light whole-wheat bread. I soaked enough low-fat milk and eggs in a bite-sized whole wheat bread and baked it slightly. I ate paprika with salad, which has different effects for each color. Cooking Steps

Cut the paprika long, please.

I made paprika salad dressing sauce with soy sauce. Add oligosaccharide, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame salt and mix.

Mix eggs and low-fat milk in a bowl. You can replace low-fat milk with unsweetened soy milk or almond milk. Use it as an ingredient at home.

Cut whole wheat bread into bite-sized pieces using scissors.

Add the bite-sized wholemeal bread to the egg water so that the egg water seeps into the wholemeal bread.

Grease a heated pan with olive oil, add egg-soaked whole-wheat bread and bake over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.

Sprinkle paprika with dressing.
No sugar, cube-shaped French toast, which is more delicious because it's light, is this the best French toast restaurant in my life!!! Fluffy and light whole wheat bread with crispy paprika salad. It feels fresh! It's so good. I recommend a French toast diet meal that I enjoyed even without sugar!
