Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut the trimmed gopchang into appropriate sizes.
STEP 2/9
Mix gopchang with red pepper powder, red pepper paste, soybean paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, cooking wine, and pepper powder.

Shred the onion.
STEP 4/9
Cut perilla leaves into appropriate sizes.
STEP 5/9
Slice the cheongyang peppers diagonally.
STEP 6/9
Slice the spring onions at an angle.
STEP 7/9
Put all ingredients except perilla leaves in a pot.
STEP 8/9
Add beef bone soup, water, and boil over high heat, and when it boils up, reduce the heat to low for 20 minutes.
