Chop chives and green onions

Pour cooking oil into a pan and stir-fry 1T of minced garlic

When the garlic is cooked until golden, add 3/1 of the meat and stir-fry it with 1T of sugar

When the sugar is all melted, put 1T of soy sauce at the end of the pan and cook it with the meat

If it's fried well in soy sauce, add 1T of cooking wine, 0.5T of oyster sauce, and a little bit of crushed pepper *If you don't have crushed pepper, you can replace it with red pepper powder* I added red pepper powder

Boil 500ml of bottled water and 1T of soy sauce in a pot

When the water boils, add udon noodles and boil for 2-3 minutes

When the noodles are cooked, rinse them in cold water and drain them

Put 1T of teriyaki sauce in a bowl and put the noodles on top

Put chives, green onions, seaweed flakes, and katsuobushi on top and then yolk!
