Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces, and cut the red peppers in half to remove the seeds and cut them!

I used frozen shrimp. Frozen shrimps defrost quickly if you soak them in water. Chop the frozen shrimp I took out four of them separately.

In a large bowl, add chives, eggs, and red peppers and break the eggs!

Pour olive oil into a heated pan, spread the dough thinly, and bake over medium heat until golden brown on both sides
You can make one big pancake when you make shrimp pancake, but I used an egg pan to make it easy to share. I wanted a round shrimp in the middle... It's not 100% the visual I want, but I'm satisfied with it!
