STEP 1/11
If you cut the top of the bottom with a knife, it will be separated into individual sheets, and the inside part should be removed by hand or prepared as it is.
STEP 2/11
After receiving enough water to soak bok choy in the bowl, shake it gently with your hands and wash it about four times, and put it in a strainer tray.
STEP 3/11
Wash red and yellow paprika in water and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 4/11
Cut bacon into 1cm thick pieces, and slice whole garlic.
STEP 5/11
Put 2 tablespoons of garlic, bacon, and grape seed oil in a frying pan and stir-fry them until the garlic is about 70% cooked.
STEP 6/11
When the sliced garlic is 70% cooked, add the washed bok choy and stir-fry it slightly.
STEP 7/11
Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir it. (It doesn't matter if you add 0.5 tablespoon of oyster sauce twice.)
STEP 8/11
Add red and yellow paprika and stir-fry them until they are crunchy.
STEP 9/11
Add 0.5 tablespoons of oligosaccharide and toss.
STEP 10/11
Add oligosaccharide and stir-fry until vegetables are crunchy. (If it tastes bland, add oyster sauce or salt and season to taste.)
STEP 11/11
Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds and you're done making stir-fried bok choy.
When cooking stir-fried bok choy, stir-fry it with a whole to prevent the sauce from getting soaked easily, so it's good to take off each sheet and stir-fry it.
Stir-fried bok choy is delicious even if it's not bacon or stir-fry it with beef or mushrooms.
