Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
It's the leftover jokbal from yesterday. I'm craving spicy jokbal to heat it up again. So I made spicy jokbal seasoning and fried it

Slice 3 cheongyang peppers diagonally and slice garlic. Chop the green onion into thick pieces and cut the onion into 1cm pieces.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry sliced garlic.
STEP 4/6
When the garlic scent comes up, stir-fry sliced onions.
STEP 5/6
When the onion is half-cooked, stir-fry the pork feet, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide.
STEP 6/6
When jokbal is marinated, mix it with sliced cheongyang red pepper and green onion.
Add buldak sauce if you want something more spicy.
