Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Cut the square fish cake in half long and then cut it to about 1cm thick.

After washing the chives in water, cut them into 1cm long pieces, chop them into 3mm thick pieces, and prepare 0.5 tablespoons of minced garlic.
