STEP 1/16
I prepared five eggs. I'm going to take it out of the refrigerator and boil it. I'll boil the eggs in 5 types, from soft to hard.
STEP 2/16
Put 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of salt in a pot. Vinegar makes the white hard. Usually, soft-boiled eggs have soft white, but if you add vinegar, the white becomes hard.
STEP 3/16
Add water to cover the eggs and simmer over high heat.
STEP 4/16
When the water boils hard, boil for another 30 seconds and then turn off the heat.
STEP 5/16
Close the lid and leave it as it is. Don't move the pot anywhere else and leave it as it is. Turn off the gas stove, but cook the eggs with the remaining heat and boiling water. I'm going to time it now.
STEP 6/16
After exactly 4 minutes, take out an egg and soak it in cold water.
STEP 7/16
Remove the egg and close the lid again.
STEP 8/16
After 1 minute, take out an egg and close the lid again. Take out eggs every minute, soak them in cold water, and take out the last egg after 2 minutes.
STEP 9/16
I put all five eggs in cold water. You have to soak it in cold water for about 20 minutes to peel it off well.
STEP 10/16
I wrote down the time I took out the eggs.
STEP 11/16
When peeling, beat eggs gently to crack.
STEP 12/16
Then the skin will peel off easily. The fresher the egg, the harder it tends to peel.
STEP 13/16
I peeled five eggs.
STEP 14/16
The egg that you take out after 4 minutes has a lot of soft white, so you have to peel it carefully.
STEP 15/16
I cut the eggs in half at intervals.
STEP 16/16
After 4 minutes, the egg was boiled to the point where the yolk flowed. The rest of the eggs are slightly different. If you want it to be fully cooked, you can take it out in 12 minutes. Please refer to the attached video.
If you add vinegar when you boil an egg, the white of the half-cooked egg becomes hard and you can peel it better.
