STEP 1/10
Let me boil the noodles first. Add a spoonful of salt to the noodles and boil for 5 minutes. After half-cooking the noodles, put them in a strainer and mix them with olive oil to preventing them from sticking^^
STEP 2/10
Add olive oil to pan and slice one side of garlic and cook over low heat. Actually, I only had frozen garlic, so I put it in because I thought it wouldn't smell as good^^
STEP 3/10
When the garlic is golden brown, add peperoncino or Vietnamese pepper then add some flavor to the oil. But if you use Vietnamese pepper like me, you can't break it and put it in. Then it'll be too spicy^^
STEP 4/10
If you cut the pepper scent, slice the onion and stir-fry it together^^
STEP 5/10
It doesn't matter if I don't put in shrimp, but I put in a few. You can put it in with the clams or later^^
STEP 6/10
It would be better if you add clams or ramie clams and then add broth, but the pan gets scratched while frying clams.I put in water right after adding clams.
STEP 7/10
When the clams open their mouths, add the noodles and stir-fry. The noodles have only been boiled for 5 minutes, so cook them for at least 5 minutes until the broth is all boiled down, so the noodles will be cooked and the taste will be cooked. If Benny's water is chewy, add some more and cook the noodles.
STEP 8/10
Lastly, rip off today's highlight basil, put it up, and mix the fire with the string wall!! Oh yeah, I put in pepper and that's it
STEP 9/10
Ta-da! This is how I put it on a plate.
STEP 10/10
For your information, the wider the noodles, the more delicious they are^^
Make sure to boil the noodles for 5 minutes first, and cook the rest in the broth so that the inside of the noodles can be cut off more deliciously, and when you make garlic scent in the oil, cut it slowly over low heat
