How to steam deliciously with a seasonal corn electric rice cook
I tried using an electric rice cooker to steam chewy glutinous corn that is different from crunchy and sweet chodang corn :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put the cleanly washed corn in an electric rice cooker, leaving only a layer of inner skin.
STEP 2/4
Sprinkle with half a lemon juice. It is said that the lemon juice deters the freshness, and the sour taste turns into sweetness, raising the sweetness of corn even more.
STEP 3/4
Add salt and sugar (or new sugar) to taste. I ate it with my children, and I personally don't like strong sweetness, so I only added 1/3T of salt and 1/2T of sugar.
STEP 4/4
Add 500ml of water and cover with the remaining outer shell. The sugar in the shell is said to make the corn sweeter and more moist. Set it for 50 minutes with the electric rice cooker universal steaming function.
Do not cover too thickly when covering with the remaining outer shell.
