Prepare a carrot and wash it thoroughly

Chop the carrot with a chopping knife You can chop it with a knife

Sprinkle the shredded carrots with salt and season them

Make the sauce while the carrots are salted. Add 1 spoonful of sugar and 1 spoonful of olive oil. You can add more olive oil if you like

Add 1 spoonful of mustard and 1 spoonful of lemon juice and mix well

After about 10 minutes, if the carrot is slightly pickled, pour the sauce without squeezing the water

If you mix it well so that the sauce is evenly mixed, it's a carrot-lape.

Put about two-thirds of it and mix it with cabbage. It's delicious even if you mix it with cabbage.
