Lamp Cook Grilled Pork Belly Fried Rice
I bought a lamp cook rotating pot because it was greasy and smelly when I grilled pork belly at home. Today, I made grilled pork belly and pork belly fried rice with a lamp cook rotating pot.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I'll make a thick grilled pork belly using pork belly.
STEP 2/9
Cut pork belly into appropriate sizes.
STEP 3/9
Chop the green onions and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 4/9
Add pork belly, green onions, and mushrooms and press the button on the lamp cook pan. It rotates automatically and the pork belly is grilled. When the pork belly starts to cook, add a ton of pepper.
STEP 5/9
As the pork belly is cooked until it is golden, the pork belly oil comes out. I had to fry fried rice in pork belly oil, so I grilled it without opening the oil outlet.
STEP 6/9
Remove the golden and crispy pork belly.
STEP 7/9
Pork belly fried rice, stir-fry chopped cabbage kimchi fried pork belly. It's so comfortable because it rotates automatically.
STEP 8/9
Put in the rice, please. If the rice is well mixed with kimchi, cut the grilled pork belly a little bit and finish with seaweed powder and sesame oil.
STEP 9/9
Place 1T of flying fish roe on top of pork belly fried rice. The texture of the fish roe is the best.
