STEP 1/14
I used about 400g of carrots. Wash it clean, peel it, and prepare it.
STEP 2/14
Chop up the carrots, please. You can chop it with a knife, but I used the Som Tam chopping knife to make it comfortable. If you don't have it, chop it with a knife.
STEP 3/14
It's a carrot that was shredded.
STEP 4/14
Add 1t of salt to the shredded carrots.
STEP 5/14
Then add 1T of olive oil and mix it slightly.
STEP 6/14
Cover with plastic wrap and heat for about 2 minutes. Don't cook the carrot 100%, but cook it 50%.
STEP 7/14
It's slightly cooked in the microwave. You're a bit out of breath, right?
STEP 8/14
Put 1 ton of Dijon mustard in here.
STEP 9/14
I'd like a ton of Whole Grain mustard, please.
STEP 10/14
Add 2T of Apple Cider Bee's. You can use various vinegar and lemon juice.
STEP 11/14
Please add 1T of honey. If you don't have honey, you can use sugar.
STEP 12/14
Lastly, please add 2T of olive oil.
STEP 14/14
It's a well-mixed carrot laffe. It's delicious even if you put it on a plate right away, and it's delicious even if you put it in the refrigerator and eat it cold. Make it delicious and eat it!
It's okay to cook it without cooking it, but if you cook it slightly like me, it has its unique crunchy texture. The texture is very attractive! If you've always made it raw, try cooking it a little bit. I cook it once and then cook it every time after that.
