Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Cook until it is moderately firm and rinse quickly in cold water with ice. Then it's more chewy and delicious.

Coat it with 0.5T of sesame oil. After that, remove the noodles from the bowl and mix them with the sauce.
Cook the noodles according to your preference and cool them with ice, and it's good for firmness.
You can adjust the sauce to suit your taste.
Put bibimmyeon on a plate, put grilled meat, and shredded perilla leaves on it's done.
