Pork neck steak, make the sauce for grilled pork soy sauce. It is convenient to make seasoning in a large airtight container so that the meat can be measured immediately. Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of ginger, 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, and 2 tablespoons of water.

Add half a tablespoon of minced garlic, a little pepper, and 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce, if any. It's good enough without barbecue sauce, so you can skip it

I'm going to stack them one by one. Sprinkle the seasoning on the top meat so that the seasoning is evenly soaked. Close the lid and let it ripen in the refrigerator. If you let it ripen overnight, it's more delicious because the seasoning is soaked enough

It's more delicious if you put green onion salad on it and wrap it in lettuce wrap!! It's good to grill pineapples and eat them together.
