STEP 1/9
First, wash the eggs clean in water.
STEP 2/9
Pour 500ml of water into a pressure rice cooker and mix 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
STEP 3/9
Put the steamer on top. It's a special steamer included in the pressure cooker.
If you don't have this, you can put up a commonly used sambal steamer (stainless steamer that is unfolded and closed).
STEP 4/9
Place the washed eggs in a steamer.
STEP 5/9
Cover and turn on the light. It starts with high heat. When it starts to boil, leave it on high heat for about 5 minutes and turn it down to the lowest heat. Let stand there for an hour and a half. Turn the heat to low enough to show flames
STEP 6/9
Turn off the heat after 1 hour and 30 minutes and leave until cool. Two are broken. But it didn't break my heart and only cracked.
STEP 7/9
Colorful baked eggs are done.
STEP 8/9
It's well-cooked inside.
STEP 9/9
I boiled it in water for 13 minutes to compare it, but there's a big difference.
If you leave it on high heat for a long time, the egg will break, so it will be added, let it sit for 5 minutes, and then let it sit on the lowest heat for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes.
