Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Defrost frozen shrimp with 1t of salt in cold water and soak the shrimp for about 10 minutes. Use a kitchen towel to dry the defrosted shrimp completely. Season with pepper.

Coat the shrimp with the frying powder on the front and back sides. Frying powder serves to hold the shrimp's water
STEP 3/8
Chop chives, onions, carrots, and enoki mushrooms finely.
STEP 4/8
Put the chopped vegetables in a bowl and add 2 eggs. Season with 1 tbsp salt and pepper
STEP 5/8
Add 1 tablespoon of frying powder and make shrimp pancake batter.
