  • Cheddar cheese
    1ea
  • Milk
    2T
  • Honey
    1T
  • an almond slice
    suitably
  • black sesame
    2~3handful
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Place paper foil on air fryer and add sweet potato.
STEP 2/9
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Peel the ripe sweet potatoes and put them in a bowl.

Please add 1 cheddar cheese, 2T of milk and 1T of honey.

Using a potato mashing tool, gently crush the sweet potato ingredients. You have to crush it when it's hot so that the cheese can melt completely.

Roll the soft mashed sweet potatoes in a round shape. I made it with gloves on.

And I prepared almond slices and black sesame as ingredients to coat the sweet potato dumplings. I prepared the almond slice by breaking it into small pieces. If you don't have black sesame seeds, you can prepare sesame seeds.
