STEP 1/11
Prepare a head of sour kimchi and put it in the pot. One head of kimchi here is about a quarter of a page of cabbage.
STEP 2/11
Add about 3 rolls of pork belly. If you like meat, you can add more. Pork doesn't matter which part it is, but if you boil it in an oily part such as pork belly, it's moderately greasy and more delicious
STEP 3/11
Cut kimchi roughly with scissors.
STEP 4/11
Add a cup of kimchi soup and stir-fry it with kimchi.
STEP 5/11
Add about 3 liters of water and bring to a boil. Add plenty of water considering that it will boil down.
STEP 6/11
Open the lid and simmer. While it's boiling, the pork belly is cooked, so cut it into bite-size pieces, and keep boiling. I like kimchi to be cooked very well, so I boil it for a long time like steamed kimchi :)
STEP 7/11
If the water seems to be too good, close the lid and boil it.
STEP 8/11
If the kimchi seems to be well-cooked, season it. Add 1 to 2 spoons of red pepper powder to make the color, and add fish sauce to season.
STEP 9/11
Cut the green onions and add a block of tofu. If you don't have tofu, you can skip it.
STEP 10/11
If you boil it for a while, you're done with pork kimchi stew.
STEP 11/11
It is a pork kimchi stew with spicy and spicy soup, and the kimchi is cooked well, so it is delicious like steamed kimchi.
