Making soft tofu egg soup (how to make egg soup)
When I thought of clear soup, I cooked egg soup, and this time I made soft tofu egg soup with soft tofu. It's not irritating and has less burden on the stomach, so it's good for dinner and I think it's good to heat it up in the morning. (Big drink: based on rice spoon)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Cut soft tofu in half, peel off the plastic, and cut it to about 1cm thick.
STEP 2/11
Prepare 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 coin stock, 1 egg, and chop the chives.

Put 1 egg and 1 pinch of salt in a bowl and whisk the eggs with a spoon.

Put 650ml of water and 1 coin stock in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 5/11
When the water boils, add soft tofu.
STEP 6/11
Add sand lance extract and tuna liquid, toss, and boil over medium gas heat.
STEP 7/11
Remove the foam that rises as the soft tofu egg soup boils with a spoon.
STEP 8/11
When it starts to boil again, put in the egg mixture.
STEP 9/11
When the egg floats on top, toss the egg soup (taste it and add salt if it feels bland, add water if it feels salty)
STEP 10/11
Add chives and half a tablespoon of minced garlic, stir it, boil it for a while, and turn off the gas heat.
STEP 11/11
Sprinkle pepper to add the flavor of soft tofu soup egg soup, and stir it, and you're done making soft tofu egg soup.
If you want to eat it a little spicy, cut 1-2 cheongyang peppers and put them in.
