Remove frozen dumplings and defrost them two hours before cooking.

Place 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a coated frying pan.

Add 60ml of water. One glass of water is enough.

Put in the dumplings.

Cover and bake over low heat.

Shake the pan gently in the middle to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the floor.

When I opened the lid about 10 minutes later, the water was all boiled down.

Dumplings are moist on the outside and crispy on the bottom, so you can enjoy two flavors: fried dumplings and steamed dumplings. I ate it with seasoned crown daisy tofu and it was even better.
