STEP 1/11
1. I prepared 150g of red beans. 2. Pick out the spoiled red beans. 3. When you wash red beans, the red beans that float on the water are spoiled, so please take them out. 4. Soak the washed red beans in water for five to six hours.
STEP 2/11
Wash glutinous rice and soak it in water for an hour.
STEP 3/11
1. Pour water into the pot so that the soaked red beans are submerged. 2. Open the lid over high heat and turn off the heat when it boils. 3. Remove red beans and rinse under running water. 4. Pour 600ml of water into the boiled red beans, and when it boils over high heat, reduce it to medium-low heat and boil it.
STEP 4/11
When I boiled it for about 8 minutes, I pressed the red beans and it was soft and not crushed. This much is enough.
STEP 5/11
I turned off the heat and added 0.5 tablespoons of salt.
STEP 6/11
Drain the soaked glutinous rice and put it in a rice cooker.
STEP 7/11
Add boiled red beans and red bean water. Add rice water just enough to soak the sticky rice and red beans.
STEP 8/11
Cook rice in an electric rice cooker without pressure.
STEP 9/11
Red bean rice is done. Stir well with a spatula.
STEP 10/11
The red bean rice is well-made, not too thick or too thick. The red beans aren't crushed at all.
STEP 11/11
It's red bean rice that's delicious even if you eat it as it is because it's slightly seasoned.
You have to boil red beans to prevent stomachache due to saponin in red beans.
