STEP 1/15
When I took out the Aronia that was stored in the freezer and weighed it, it was a little short of 500g
STEP 2/15
Pour it all into the oku. If you make Oku jam, it will be cooked in a double bath for about 2 hours, so it's softer and more convenient, so I use Oku often.
STEP 3/15
You can put in about one apple, but I used the tasteless apple that I left in the freezer. All four apples that were left as small as beans that were wilted are wiped out.
STEP 4/15
Peel the skin and put it in the oku.
STEP 5/15
It's good to make it with lemon, but I made it with plum ingredients. You can control the sourness to your liking, so you can add as much as you want. I'm going to put in about half of Aronia, 250g first
STEP 6/15
The sugar was adjusted in a 1:1 ratio with the amount of Aronia. You can control the amount of sugar to your liking, but when you put it in yogurt, it tastes sweet when it's a little sweet
STEP 7/15
After putting all the sugar in the oku, the steaming course starts cooking for 2 hours.
STEP 8/15
It's Aronia jam that was cooked in Oku 2 hours later. Aronia's deep purple color came out.
STEP 9/15
Change it with a hand blender. If you grind it, the Aronia shell and seeds get stuck in your mouth, so grind it finely.
STEP 10/15
Pour all into a pot and simmer over medium-low heat. You have to stir and boil it so that it doesn't burn and lie on the floor.
STEP 11/15
You can control the concentration as much as you want, but I made it a bit watery. I'm done until it drips, and I'm mainly going to put it in yogurt, so it doesn't matter if it's a little watery :) If you want it to be thick, you can boil it a little more and dry it off
STEP 12/15
Disinfect glass bottles with hot water. Pour cold water into a pot and boil the bottle upside down. If the water boils and disinfection is over, take out the bottle, shake off the water, and stand it right away, and the steam will fly away and the water will fly away together
STEP 13/15
Divide the finished jam into a glass bottle. If you put it in a small bottle, it's much easier to take it out and eat it. Put a moderate amount in yogurt and eat it together.
STEP 14/15
It's Aronia jam with a sweet and sour taste, and it doesn't taste bitter taste.
STEP 15/15
Aronia is definitely good for your eyes. There are five times more anthocyanins than blueberries and three to four times more than acaiberries, and in the West, they are known as absolute berries for eye health, and I am also taking them steadily because I am also seeing a lot of effects.
