Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Turn the cucumber and chop it into thin slices.

Add salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the rice and mix them evenly with a spatula.

Put perilla leaves on top and roll it with crami, cucumber, and pickled radish.
