-Please check the ingredients above and prepare it. Marinate chicken in milk or rice water for about 30 minutes.

Soak 100g of glass noodles in water for about an hour.

Trim the onions and potatoes, please. Cut it into big pieces.

Cut the green onion diagonally.

Cut 5 shiitake mushrooms into long pieces.

Add 600ml of water, 100ml of dark soy sauce, 4T of white sugar, 7T of starch syrup, 2T of cooking wine, 1T of minced garlic, and 0.5T of pepper to make the sauce.

Place 2T of sesame oil in a heated frying pan (wok).

Grill the chicken leg meat after removing the smell. You can grill the fat so that it faces the bottom.

If you think it's cooked in-between, cut it into bite-sized pieces and bake all sides well.

If the chicken leg meat is cooked well, put it on a plate and wait for a while.
(You can cook about 80% of the chicken.)

Remove the grease with a kitchen towel.

Pour all the pre-made sauces into the clean frying pan (wok).

Add the sliced potatoes, please.

Add all the chicken, too.

Add potatoes and chicken and boil over medium high heat for about 10 minutes.

Add onions, green onions, and shiitake mushrooms.

Add about 2T of oyster sauce.

Lastly, add the glass noodles and boil them down to your liking. (Soup concentration is adjusted to suit your taste)

Put it on a plate, please.
-Remove the smell of chicken and soak the glass noodles at least 1 hour in advance to reduce cooking time.
