I didn't put anything in except seaweed. Even if you don't put anything in good seaweed, you can get a clear soup like beef bone. Jeju Ttolbang Mom posts a blog on how to make seaweed soup with Jeju raw seaweed soup deliciously and follows it. They say you have to soak seaweed soup for a long time to cook it deliciously. I was worried it wouldn't go away, but not at all. Maybe it's because it's fresh seaweed, but it's still the same even though it's soaked all night. Ddolbang Mom's method of making milky seaweed soup is to blanch the seaweed that has been washed several times, put it in the water, and refrigerate it, and then boil it the next day. You can just stir-fry the soaked seaweed soup, but it tastes better if you boil it once and soak it in water for a day.

Put sesame oil in the pot and stir-fry seaweed for a while. Stir-fry the sesame oil so that it can soak into the seaweed. Add soy sauce and stir-fry it again. When my mom cooks seaweed soup, she stir-fry it with soy sauce. Seaweed is also made to have a delicious soy sauce flavor of soy sauce.

And not the broth, just pour in the plain water. When it boils over high heat, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for a long time.

Seaweed soup is thick and delicious when you boil it for a long time. Interestingly, the more it boils, the darker the color becomes. The seaweed color is still on the soup.

The thick beef bone soup from the seaweed itself becomes a broth and becomes a delicious soup. You can't see this in normal dried seaweed mart. I'm making the taste with just one seaweed.

The color of the seaweed comes out from the color of the soup. It's the color of the soup that gets darker as it boils. It's also a color that can only be seen in raw seaweed collected by hand. Boil it for at least 40 minutes to look like a milky beef bone soup.

Add the garlic at the end and boil it again. Taste it and add salt to the seasoning. It's my mom's soy sauce, so it's sweet and delicious, so it's so delicious even if I don't add anything anymore. If it tastes less delicious, please add tuna fish sauce.

It could be because it's fresh, or it could be more delicious because it's from Jeju. I just ate seaweed.

And I really like rice, right. I ate a lot of seaweed and rolled up the rice. It's so good. Even without meat or perilla powder, it's so delicious, clean, mild, light, deep, and savory. I didn't know that seaweed has so many different flavors. From now on, I'm going to cook seaweed soup without putting anything in it. I'm going to cook it pure and clean. The body likes it and the inside of the body detoxifies. I hope your neighbors will also cook seaweed soup with raw seaweed collected by Jeju haenyeo, who are in season now, instead of dried seaweed. What you've been eating will taste different from seaweed soup.
It's just raw seaweed. The longer you boil it, the thicker the soup comes out of the seaweed.
