Braised beef and mushrooms, not salty side dishes
My mom said it's delicious because it's not salty, so I'm posting it. If you like salty food, boil it down or add a little bit of soy sauce

Make cuts on beef and blanch it slightly in boiling water to remove impurities. I prepared tenderloin, but other things are okay.

Slice blanched beef thinly to make it easy to eat.

Five medium-sized shiitake mushrooms can be tough at the bottom, so I cut them thin and cut the mushrooms into quarters.
