Braised beef and mushrooms, not salty side dishes
My mom said it's delicious because it's not salty, so I'm posting it. If you like salty food, boil it down or add a little bit of soy sauce

Ingredients

  • crushed garlic

  • brewed soy sauce
    1/2cup
  • Soju
    1/4cup
  • Oligosaccharide
    4TS
  • Water
    3cup
  • leek

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Make cuts on beef and blanch it slightly in boiling water to remove impurities. I prepared tenderloin, but other things are okay.
STEP 2/7
Slice blanched beef thinly to make it easy to eat.
STEP 3/7
Five medium-sized shiitake mushrooms can be tough at the bottom, so I cut them thin and cut the mushrooms into quarters.
STEP 4/7
I put in 350g of green onions. It's delicious even with spicy peppers. Cut the onion into half size pieces.

Add 3 cups of water, 1/2 cup of brewed soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 1/4 cup of soju and boil
STEP 6/7
Add vegetables and beef,
STEP 7/7
Add a tablespoon of minced garlic and simmer over high heat for more than 20 minutes. When it boils, remove the foam from the top.
Let the liver boil down a little more.
