Egg omelet. Soft eggs are here
Egg rolls and fried eggs are good, but when I want to eat soft egg dishes, I tend to make an egg omelet.

Put the rest of the meringue on top of it. It's piled up like a mountain.
STEP 9/12
Fold it in half when the bottom is golden.
STEP 10/12
Cover over low heat.
STEP 11/12
If you don't see the egg mixture, it's done.
STEP 12/12
If you cut the cross section, you can see a cake-like visual.
It's an egg omelet with a really soft texture. Perfect for dessert or brunch. You can add maple syrup or butter to your taste.
