I usually like ramen, but I usually cook ramen with soup, but sometimes when I feel burdened with soup, I make ramen without soup. Today, I made Kujira transplant ramen, which was introduced in a Japanese cartoon and was once very popular.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Please chop two stems of green onions and prepare them.
STEP 2/10
Boil 300ml of water in a wide pan. I used Shin Ramyun dry noodles, but Shin Ramyun dry noodles normally contain less water, so I prepared 300ml, and if you add 550ml of water, please prepare 350ml.

When the water starts to boil, add both ramen and soup.
STEP 4/10
Loosen the noodles and open the middle slightly.
STEP 5/10
Add an egg to the center.
STEP 6/10
Cover and cook eggs for about a minute and a half. You just need to cook the eggs lightly.
STEP 7/10
Turn off the heat when the eggs are cooked.

Transfer the ramen to a bowl and place the green onion on top.

If you put one cheddar cheese on top, it's a Kujira transplant ramen.
