Homemade "Tomato Sauce" that can be used for baby food

Cooking Steps

Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. You can adjust the blanching time according to the size of the tomato,

If you see a slight rise in the skin, take it out and put it in cold water. If you soak it in boiling water for too long, it may crumble when cooling it in cold water, so check it carefully.

Chop the garlic, onion and paprika while cooling the tomatoes slightly, and cut the cooled tomatoes into pieces.

Onions were shown on TV as a way of grooming chefs, and they are cut into vertical and cut sections, respectively. It is a highly recommended method.

If it is not enough for adults to eat, it is also good to reduce the amount of children in the finished sauce and divide them by adding a little bit of liver.
