STEP 1/9
It makes the basic seasoning, and add minced garlic, soju, red pepper powder, soybean paste, plum juice, and sugar.
STEP 2/9
Then, add the boiled dried radish greens. I cut it because it's long.
STEP 3/9
Cut and add the sesame seeds with the tough stems removed.
STEP 4/9
Season the soybean paste sauce. Put it under the pot.
STEP 5/9
I used two cans of canned saury, and they put in the soup in one can, and they took out the soup in the other can and put in only saury. Put the saury on top of the seasoned dried radish greens and sesame seeds and add the soup. Then, add 1 piece of each broth.
STEP 6/9
After you put the saury on top, put the sesame seeds and green onions on top. And sprinkle red pepper powder.
STEP 7/9
Add green tea water. I'll put it in by myself. What does it mean? Add the ingredients as if they're going to close. The soup of canned saury was also added, so it could be a little salty, so I added clear green tea water.
STEP 8/9
Cover and cook thoroughly. Boil it over high heat, transfer it to medium heat, and simmer it gently. Then the soup is almost completely gone. This is enough. It's a cooked canned saury, so the completion time is very quick. Did it take 30 minutes in total ^^
STEP 9/9
A combination of savory dried radish greens and soybean paste!! On top of that, the savory taste of the chewy saury was like a rice thief. The spicy taste is just helping. ^^ It is also the best side dish to eat with rice. Braised dried radish greens and dried mackerel pike is complete. I didn't know Kkasun would play such a big role. Actually, I stayed and put it in, but I'm so proud of him ^^
