Making healthy bean paste (black bean ver.)
I really like bean paste stew and bean paste stew, so I made my own bean paste stew with black beans.

Ingredients
  • black beans
    1paper cup
  • Sea tangle
    500ml
  • Pork and minced meat
    300g
  • Kimchi
    1handful
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
  • perilla oil
    1TS
  • salted shrimp
    1/2TS
  • Salt

  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Soak 1 cup of beans until water is submerged and soak for 6 to 7 hours.
STEP 2/8
Boil 2 to 3 sheets of kelp in 600ml of water.
STEP 3/8
Put the soaked beans in a blender and grind them finely with 1.5 cups of water.
STEP 4/8
Add 1 tablespoon of perilla oil (sesame oil is also available) and stir-fry pork and kimchi with a little salt and pepper.
STEP 5/8
When the pork is cooked, the stir-fry process is over.
STEP 6/8
Add 500ml of roasted pork, ground beans, and kelp water to kimchi.
STEP 7/8
When it boils up, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and half a tablespoon of salted shrimp to complete it.
STEP 8/8
Finish by adding 2 cheongyang peppers (optional).
It is a black bean stew with an excellent savory taste. Beef stew is delicious with rice and you can just eat it. If you have beans, you can make them anytime.
