STEP 1/8
Soak 1 cup of beans until water is submerged and soak for 6 to 7 hours.

Boil 2 to 3 sheets of kelp in 600ml of water.

Put the soaked beans in a blender and grind them finely with 1.5 cups of water.

Add 1 tablespoon of perilla oil (sesame oil is also available) and stir-fry pork and kimchi with a little salt and pepper.

Add 500ml of roasted pork, ground beans, and kelp water to kimchi.

When it boils up, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and half a tablespoon of salted shrimp to complete it.

Finish by adding 2 cheongyang peppers (optional).
