Ingredients
  • the meat inside a razor clam
    13piece
  • Flour
    1/2cup
  • bread crumbs
    1~2cup
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • Cooking oil
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Beat in a pinch of salt in an egg.
STEP 2/13
Please prepare about half a cup of flour.
STEP 3/13
Please prepare 1-2 cups of bread crumbs.
STEP 4/13
Coat crab meat with egg wash.
STEP 5/13
Cover front and back with not too much flour.
STEP 6/13
Press the bread crumbs back and forth and stick them on. It needs a lot of bread crumbs to make it crispy, so you have to coat it well. Also, if you press it too hard, the crab meat can break, so be careful.
STEP 7/13
Please prepare it with all the batter.
STEP 8/13
Spread paper foil, add crab sticks, and sprinkle with cooking oil. The more you sprinkle, the more delicious it becomes.
STEP 9/13
Bake air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
STEP 10/13
After 10 minutes, turn over the grilled crab meat once. I'm going to cook the back side, too.
STEP 11/13
Bake again at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
STEP 12/13
After taking out the fried food, I sprinkled a little ketchup. You can eat it more deliciously if you dip it in ketchup.
STEP 13/13
The savory and flavorful fried crab is complete.
